School Clubs - Bringing the joy of making into your school 💚

Crochet and embroidery clubs for schools across London - from KS2 to Sixth Form

Schools that trusts us:

Give your pupils a space to slow down, get creative and make something they are proud of - every single week.

What are the clubs?

Our after-school craft clubs bring the calming, creative world of crochet or embroidery into your school in a relaxed, fun and fully supported environment.

Each club focuses on one craft only - crochet or embroidery - so pupils can fully immerse themselves and build real skills week by week.

Each club runs weekly following the school calendar, and every session is led by an experienced, Enhanced DBS-checked and trained instructor.

We offer two separate clubs:

Crochet Club - learning to crochet from scratch, building skills week by week through fun, low-pressure projects. Suitable from KS2 upwards.

Embroidery Club - exploring hand embroidery, stitching beautiful designs and developing patience, focus and creativity. Suitable from KS2 upwards.

Both clubs are ideal for complete beginners and more intermediate students who want to explore different projects.

Who is it for?

Our clubs are perfect for:

- Primary schools (KS2 and above)

- Secondary schools

- Sixth forms and colleges

- Schools looking for a creative, engaging and calming after-school activity

- Pupils of all abilities - complete beginners and those with some craft experience

We currently deliver clubs at Kensington Prep School in Fulham, Belmont Primary School in Chiswick and Burlington House Sixth Form in Hammersmith.

Why choose our clubs?

A truly creative space: Our clubs are fully booked for a reason. We create a relaxed, welcoming environment where pupils feel comfortable to express themselves - while still learning something new and developing real skills.

Learning that goes both ways: Children are incredibly creative. They don't care about perfection - they just want to make. We guide them through something new while learning from their creativity and energy every single session.

All materials provided: Everything is taken care of. We bring all yarn, hooks, embroidery hoops, threads and supplies. The school doesn't need to provide a thing.

Safe and fully vetted: All instructors hold a valid Enhanced DBS check and are trained to work with children. We follow the safeguarding policy of each school we work with.

Flexible and committed: Our clubs follow your school calendar, running weekly and excluding half-terms. We are fully committed to the continuity of each club and treat every school as a long-term partner.

A little gift at the end of each term: Every pupil takes home whatever they make in each session - so they always leave with something to be proud of. And at the end of term, every pupil receives their own hook, yarn and organza bag to keep creating at home. 💚

About Eleonora

My name is Eleonora, and I founded Elendipity in 2018 out of a deep love for craft and teaching.

Originally from Milan, I moved to London in 2019 and have since been teaching crochet and embroidery to adults and children alike - one-to-one classes, workshops at major events like the Knit + Stitch Shows, in private set ups, and in after-school clubs across London.

I personally deliver clubs and have trained a team of instructors who also deliver on my behalf across London schools. Each instructor is personally trained by me, holds a valid Enhanced DBS check and is fully prepared for the specific school they work with.

I have been running school craft clubs for around three years now, and every single term reminds me why I started. Children are some of the most creative, fearless makers I have ever met. They don't worry about perfection - they just create. And I learn something new from them every week.

One moment I am particularly proud of: in one of my crochet clubs, a group of girls were so inspired that they decided to set up their own little crochet club - selling their handmade pieces to other pupils and teaching their friends to crochet too. That is exactly what we are here for. 💚
