What will you learn?

Crochet is for everyone – not just for grannies! With a huge variety of stitches and techniques, you can create almost anything: cosy scarves, cardigans, accessories for your room, plant pot holders, slippers and, of course, the wonderful world of Amigurumi (crocheted toys).

Whether you’re starting from zero or already know a few stitches, you’ll find the right level here.

Complete beginner?
Perfect – you’ll learn everything from how to hold a hook and yarn, to creating your first shapes and simple projects.

Already know the basics?
Great – you can build on your skills, learn new stitches, improve your tension, and move on to more advanced techniques and projects.

Left-handed?
Absolutely welcome. When you enrol, you’ll be asked for your dominant hand, and you’ll receive the version of the course that matches it (left-handed or right-handed).

By the end of the course, you will have gained confidence, mastered new skills, and created your own handmade pieces – all while completing your required DofE hours in a fun and mindful way.

How does it work?

After enrolling, you will receive an email with your login details for the course platform.

Each week, you’ll watch the class video, complete the assignment, and upload a photo of your work for assessment. You’ll receive personalised feedback to help you improve and build confidence before moving on to the next module.

The course includes 13 weekly modules, designed to take around one hour per week, meeting the DofE Skills requirement.

You will have one year of access to all course materials from the date of purchase.

About Eleonora

My name is Eleonora, and I’ve been a passionate creator and teacher for years.

I grew up in Milan (Italy) and founded Elendipity in 2018 as a way to share my love for crafting with others through my YouTube Channel.

After moving to London in 2019, I had the pleasure of teaching workshops at major events like the Knit+Stitch Shows, as well as countless private parties, one-to-one classes, and crochet clubs for children.

Along the way, I also became a crochet and embroidery pattern designer, creating modern, beginner-friendly patterns and courses that help makers build their skills with confidence.

These experiences have shown me that the simple act of making something with your hands has a profound impact - it helps people relax, connect, and discover a new creative side of themselves.

I truly believe that everyone has the potential to be creative, and my mission is to share that mindful, rewarding experience with a wider audience.

I’d be excited to bring my passion and teaching experience into your home and help you create beautiful craft pieces.
